Don’t Surrender to Warts

Warts can form underneath your feet due to the pressure exerted on them from being mobile. They are usually not hazardous but can be tender and take a long amount of time to eradicate. They are also unsightly and can cause long-term complications. Warts on your feet can cause a painful feeling to travel outwards from them. If you evade treatment at the beginning, they can multiply in huge numbers as they tend to be caused by a virus. Once they become prevalent, they can be difficult to treat and cause you pain and unsightliness on top of it that will not go away easily.

How can I get rid of unsightly warts?

  • Anti-viral medications - These can help fight warts at their source and prevent the need of more complicated and costly methods.

  • Chemical application - There are chemical methods that can burn off warts. They thereafter peel away. These types of medications are available over-the-counter or by prescription.

  • Freeze warts - Another form of treatment is to freeze warts with special solutions. This has shown to be successful and can provide you with almost instant relief.  Warts are immediately scraped off after application and tend to reduce in number after doing so.

  • Laser therapy – this in-office procedure can also be used to burn off warts.
